Overview
These terms govern all services provided by FlameFunnels (“we”, “our”, “us”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By purchasing any service, you agree to these terms in full.
All FlameFunnels services are action-based, execution-driven systems. This is not advisory, consulting, or coaching. Our work begins immediately upon payment, and therefore all sales are final.
Payment & Agreement
- Payment is required in full before work begins.
- Acceptance of these terms is required via checkout or contract signature.
- You will not receive deliverables until payment is confirmed.
Refund Policy
There are zero refunds for any FlameFunnels product or service. Once payment is processed, the project is locked and delivered according to the agreed scope.
Action-Based Guarantee
If you do not see ROI from your FlameFunnels system, we continue working with you until it is achieved. We retain full discretion over what changes or iterations are made to meet that objective.
Deliverables by Product
- LinkedIn Lead Engine ($5,000 / 3 months)
- We use proprietary technology to send LinkedIn connection requests on your behalf.
- We do not access your profile, read prior messages, or manage non-campaign conversations.
- LinkedIn occasionally places accounts in review due to increased activity. We are not responsible for any downtime, verification steps, or platform restrictions.
- The system includes targeting, messaging, inbox flagging, CRM tagging, and Slack alerts.
- Full Funnel Build ($20,000)
- Questionnaire review: 3 business days
- Funnel build: 14 days
- Includes: scroll copy, email flows, ads, CRM setup, content strategy, cold outreach, SEO
- Slack support: 30 days post-launch
- Unlimited revisions (FlameFunnels decides scope)
- Strategy and copy are approved once before build
- Launch = all deliverables live and channels operational
- Growth Engine Add-On ($4,000/month + 20% net revenue)
- Begins in Month 3
- Includes: 15 blogs/month, content posting, ad optimization, LinkedIn/email refreshes, CRO, dashboard, Facebook group growth
- $4K fee is a cost of revenue
- 20% revenue share is uncapped and based on verified cash
- Both parties handle reporting and invoicing
- Failed payments pause systems
- Includes 1 weekly strategy call
- 30-day cancellation notice
Intellectual Property & NDA
All assets (copy, strategy, frameworks, CRM logic) are proprietary. Clients may not reuse, resell, or reverse-engineer FlameFunnels systems. Usage is limited to the business it was built for.
Jurisdiction
These terms fall under UK and US law via Product Profits Ltd & Product Profits LLC.
Legal Enforcement
Violations (non-payment, IP misuse, chargebacks) may result in legal action under applicable UK/US law. Payment confirms full agreement with these terms.
